A Presenter would have a whole presentation planned (about 1.5 hours) with possibly using Powerpoint or some Web page with resources, code or other information.
A Topic Leader is someone who is one of 2-5 other topic leaders at the meeting covering a portion of the topic. These meetings are designed to be a group discussion.
Topics must be about Internet-related subjects, anything new or older that has been reborn or changed (not specific software unless it is an Internet hosted solution).
